Harmonizing the blood and extinguishing wind
和血熄风 〔和血熄風〕hé xuè xī fēng
A method of treatment used to treat liver wind stirring internally in patients with blood vacuity from damage to yīn-blood in febrile disease characterized by parched lips and dry tongue, hypertonicity of the sinews, wriggling of the extremities, dizziness, and a rapid fine pulse.
