Dosage & Method:
Oral: 9–30g in decoctions. It can be used raw or stir-fried until it gives off an aroma. When taken as a powder, the dosage is 3–5g each time.
Warning:
Contraindicated in sweating due to exterior evils.

This item is wheat grain that floats in water, as opposed to grain that sinks.

This is immature unhulled grains of wheat, called light wheat (in Chinese, literally ""floating wheat"") because it is the grains that float to the surface when placed in water, as opposed to those that sink (mature grains).
