Indications:
- Secures the exterior, constrains sweat, and boosts qì: Spontaneous sweating; night sweating.
- Eliminates heat: Steaming bone taxation heat.
Dosage & Method: Oral: 9–30g in decoctions. It can be used raw or stir-fried until it gives off an aroma. When taken as a powder, the dosage is 3–5g each time.
Warnings: Contraindicated in sweating due to exterior evils.
Notes: This item is wheat grain that floats in water, as opposed to grain that sinks.

) because it is the grains that float to the surface when placed in water, as opposed to those that sink (mature grains).
