Source: Fù Rén Dà Quán Liáng Fāng 妇人大全良方

Ingredients:

• Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 30g
• Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) 12g

Action:

Indication: Propping rheum below the heart with severe dizziness.

Category:

Method: Decoct with water. Take one lot each day, split into two doses.

Rationale: Rén shēn supplements original qì. Rǔ xiāng quickens the blood and relieves pain. Zhū shā quiets the heart and spirit. Jī zǐ bái is sweet and balanced and settles the heart, settles the five viscera supplements qì and blood.
