Provisioning-Supplementing Decoction
补荣汤 〔補榮湯〕bǔ róng tāng

Ingredients:
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
- Bái sháo (白芍 Paeoniae Radix Alba, white peony [root])
- Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root])
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root])
- Chì fú líng (赤茯苓 Poria Rubra, red poria)
- Shān zhī zǐ (山栀子 Gardeniae Fructus, gardenia [fruit])
- Mài mén dōng (麦门冬 Ophiopogonis Radix, ophiopogon [root])
- Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel)
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root])
- Dà zǎo (大枣 Jujubae Fructus, jujube)
- Wū méi (乌梅 Mume Fructus, mume [fruit])
Action: Boosts yīn and supplements the blood.
Indication: Blood desertion. This pattern is characterized by white perished complexion, dizziness and flowery vision, reversal cold of the limbs. Pulse: Vacuous.
