Moves water and disinhibits damp-heat.

inhibited urination; strangury-turbidity (lìn zhuó); diarrhea.

Dosage & Method:

Oral: Decoct (6–12g) or use in pills or powders.

Warning:

Contraindicated in qì vacuity fall and vacuity cold seminal efflux.

Notes:

This is the pink outer part of the poria sclerotium.
