Water-Enriching Liver-Clearing Beverage
滋水清肝饮 〔滋水清肝飲〕zī shuǐ qīng gān yǐn

Ingredients:
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root])
- Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root])
- Shān zhū yú (山茱萸 Corni Fructus, cornus [fruit])
- Mǔ dān pí (牡丹皮 Moutan Cortex, moutan [bark])
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
- Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber])
- Chái hú (柴胡 Bupleuri Radix, bupleurum [root])
- Bái sháo (白芍 Paeoniae Radix Alba, white peony [root])
- Zhī zǐ (栀子 Gardeniae Fructus, gardenia [fruit])
- Suān zǎo rén (酸枣仁 Ziziphi Spinosi Semen, spiny jujube [kernel])
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
Action:
Indication: Dryness-fire engendering wind marked by heat effusion, rib-side pain, deafness, dry mouth, and a sensation of welling in the extremities, head, and face.
