Ingredients

• Shā shēn (沙参 Adenophorae seu Glehniae Radix, adenophora/glehnia [root]) 30g
• Dān shēn (丹参 Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, salvia [root]) 30g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 6g
• Chuān bèi mǔ (川贝母 Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, Sìchuān fritillaria [bulb]) 9g
• Yù jīn (郁金 Curcumae Radix, curcuma [root]) 9g
• Shā rén ké (qiào) (砂仁壳 Amomi Pericarpium, amomum husk) 9g
• Hé yè dì (荷叶蒂 Nelumbinis Basis Folii, lotus leaf base) 6g
• Mǐ pí kāng (米皮糠 Oryzae Testa, rice husk) 6g

Actions: Nourishes yīn and opens the diaphragm.

Indications: Enduring qì depression with damage to liquid, causing a qì bind that manifests as a sensation of blockage in the throat, in severe cases accompanied by pain and desire to vomit.

Method: Decoct with water.
