Indications:

Disinhibits water, clears heat, brightens the eyes, dispels phlegm.

urinary stoppage; strangury-turbidity (lìn zhuó); vaginal discharge; bloody urine; jaundice; water swelling; heat dysentery; diarrhea; nosebleed; painful red swollen eyes; throat impediment (hóu bì); throat moth; cough; ulceration of the skin.

Dosage & Method:

Oral: (10–20g) or extract juice. Topical: Apply crushed.

Quality:

Dry plump black seeds without shells are the best.
