Dosage and method: Oral: Dissolve in water or yellow wine (6‒12g); make into pill, powder, or paste preparations.

Warnings: Contraindicated in yīn vacuity with yáng hyperactivity.

Quality: Neat lumps of semitranslucent glue and without unpleasant odor are the best.
