Pig's Trotter Gruel
猪蹄粥 〔豬蹄粥〕 zhū tí zhōu

Ingredients
- Zhū tí (猪蹄 Suis Pes, pig’s trotter) 1–2 pieces
- Tōng cǎo (通草 Tetrapanacis Medulla, rice-paper plant pith) 3–5g
- Lòu lú (漏芦 Rhapontici Radix, rhaponticum) 10–15g
- Jīng mǐ (粳米 Oryzae Semen, non-glutinous rice) 30g
- Cōng bái (葱白 Allii Fistulosi Bulbus, scallion white) 2 stalks
