• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
• Lián zǐ (莲子 Nelumbinis Fructus/Semen, lotus fruit/seed)
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
• Bái sháo (白芍 Paeoniae Radix Alba, white peony [root])
• Dīng xiāng (丁香 Caryophylli Flos, clove)
• Mù xiāng (木香 Aucklandiae Radix, costusroot)
• Xuè jié (血竭 Daemonoropis Resina, dragon's blood)
• ér chá (儿茶 Catechu , cutch)
• Hóng huā (红花 Carthami Flos, carthamus [flower])
• Shú dà huáng (熟大黄 Rhei Radix et Rhizoma Conquiti, cooked rhubarb)
• Mǔ dān pí (牡丹皮 Moutan Cortex, moutan [bark])
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root])

Action:

Indication: Quickens the blood, disperses stasis, and relieves pain. injury from knocks and falls or sprains resulting in blood stasis with redness, swelling, and pain, damage to sinews, and damage to the bones.li75
