Ingredients:

• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome])
• Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root])
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root])
• Bái sháo (白芍 Paeoniae Radix Alba, white peony [root])
• Dà huáng (大黄 Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, rhubarb)
• Máng xiāo (芒硝 Natrii Sulfas , mirabilite)

Action:

Indication: Blood vacuity and interior heat with constipation; or menstrual stoppage with abdominal distension and pain.

Method: Grind equal amounts of each ingredient.

Dosage: 24g, before meals.
