Raw Rehmannia Gruel
生地黄粥 〔生地黃粥〕 shēng dì huáng zhōu

Ingredients
- Xiān shēng dì zhī (鲜生地汁 Rehmanniae Radicis Recentis Succus, fresh rehmannia [root] juice) 50 ml
- Jīng mǐ (粳米 Oryzae Semen, non-glutinous rice) 30g
- Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 2 slices
