Ingredients:

• Suān zǎo rén (酸枣仁 Ziziphi Spinosi Semen, spiny jujube [kernel]) (stir-fried in a paper-lined wok) 7.5g
• Chē qián zǐ (车前子 Plantaginis Semen, plantago seed) 37.5g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 37.5g
• Wǔ wèi zǐ (五味子 Schisandrae Fructus, schisandra [berry]) 37.5g
• Ròu guì (肉桂 Cinnamomi Cortex, cinnamon bark) 37.5g
• Mài mén dōng (麦门冬 Ophiopogonis Radix, ophiopogon [root]) 37.5g
• Fú shén (茯神 Poria cum Pini Radice , root poria) 37.5g
• 天门冬 45g
• Lóng chǐ (龙齿 Mastodi Dentis Fossilia, dragon tooth) 45g
• Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) (steamed with wine) 45g
• Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) (processed with ginger juice) 45g
• Yuǎn zhì (远志 Polygalae Radix, polygala [root]) 45g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (mix-fried) 45g
• Rén shēn (人参 Ginseng Radix, ginseng) 1.5g
• Zhū shā (朱砂 Cinnabaris , cinnabar) 1.5g

Action:

Indication: Insufficiency of heart qì with spirit-mind abstraction, heart palpitation and profuse dreaming, and damage to kidney qì with fatigued limbs, aching pain in the lower leg, seminal emission, and white turbidity.
