Blood-Cooling Rehmannia Decoction
凉血地黄汤 〔涼血地黃湯〕 liáng xuè dì huáng tāng

Ingredients
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome])
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica)
- Xiān máo (仙茅 Curculiginis Rhizoma, curculigo [root])
- Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root])
- Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root])
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria)
- Huáng lián (黄连 Coptidis Rhizoma, coptis [root])
- Dì yú (地榆 Sanguisorbae Radix, sanguisorba [root])
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root])
- Zhī zǐ (栀子 Gardeniae Fructus, gardenia [fruit])
- Tiān huā fěn (天花粉 Trichosanthis Radix, trichosanthes root)
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root])
Actions: Enriches yīn and downbears fire; cools the blood and stanches bleeding.
Indications: nosebleed (nǜ xuè) and other forms of bleeding.
