厥阴头痛 〔厥陰頭痛〕jué yīn tóu tòng
1. Headache due to reverting yīn (jué yīn) disease in cold damage, characterized by headache and neck pain, dry retching, ejection of foaming drool, and reversal cold of the limbs.

Acumoxatherapy: Select GV-20 (Hundred Convergences, 百会 bǎi huì), CV-12 (Center Stomach Duct, 中脘 zhōng wǎn), and ST-36 (Leg Three Lǐ, 足三里 zú sān lǐ); needle with drainage and add moxa. Apply moxa at LR-1 (Large Pile, 大敦 dà dūn).
2. Headache located on the reverting yīn (jué yīn) channel (i.e., the vertex), for which evodia (Evodiae Fructus, 吴茱萸 wú zhū yú) can be used as a channel conductor.
