A hole through or crevice in a bone. This term is used in acupuncture point names located at such sites, including BL-31 through BL-34 (Eight Bone-Holes, 八髎 bā liáo), LI-19 (Grain Bone-Hole, 禾髎 hé liáo), and ST-3 (Great Bone-Hole, 巨髎 jù liáo).
