Moving qì

Also disinhibiting qì; freeing qì. A method of treatment to disperse qì stagnation in the treatment of distension, oppression, and pain in the chest and abdomen. Moving qì is a form of rectifying qì, and includes coursing depression and rectifying qì and harmonizing the stomach and rectifying qì. See also qì-moving technique.
