Treats acute infectious hepatitis; dysentery; diarrhea; sand strangury; vomiting of blood (blood ejection); bloody urine; scrofula; injury from knocks and falls; burns and scalds; bleeding from external injury; clove sores (dīng).

Production area: Yúnnán, Sìchuān, Guìzhōu, Guǎngxī, Fújiàn, Táiwān, Zhèjiāng.
