Actions and indications: Clears heat, engenders liquid, quickens the blood, and resolves toxin. Treats headache and dizziness due to common cold; dryness thirst in febrile diseases; sand qì (shā qì); heat diarrhea; pulmonary welling-abscesses (fèi yōng); coughing of blood; sore throat; bleeding hemorrhoids; strangury; welling-abscesses (yōng) toxin; injury from knocks and falls.
Production area: Guǎngxī, Guǎngdōng, Húnán, Jiāngxī.
