Use: Medicinal

Properties: Acrid; warm.

Actions and indications: Dispels wind and disperses cold; quickens the blood and disperses toxin. Treats wind-damp bone pain; wind-cold cough; cold accumulation; abdominal pain; innominate toxin swellings (wú míng zhǒng dú); injury from knocks and falls.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (15–24g). Topical: Grind and apply mixed or apply the leaf crushed.
