Use: Medicinal

Properties: Bitter and acrid; cool.

Actions and indications: Dispels wind; eliminates dampness; disperses stasis; and resolves toxin. Treats wind-damp sinews pain; injury from knocks and falls; bleeding from external injury; bloody urine.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (15–30g) or grind to a powder. Topical: Apply crushed or decoct as a steam-wash.
