Erythrina Wine
海桐皮酒 〔海桐皮酒〕 hǎi tóng pí jiǔ

Ingredients
- Hǎi tóng pí (海桐皮 Erythrinae Cortex, erythrina [bark]) 12g
- Dú huó (独活 Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, pubescent angelica) 6g
- Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 6g
- Huái niú xī (怀牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) 9g
- Wǔ jiā pí (五加皮 Acanthopanacis Cortex, acanthopanax [root bark]) 9g
- Dì gǔ pí (地骨皮 Lycii Cortex, lycium bark) 9g
- Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 9g
- Yì yǐ rén (薏苡仁 Coicis Semen, coix [seed]) (stir-fried) 30g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 6g
- Bái jiǔ (白酒 Granorum Vinum/Spiritus Incolor%#%, white liquor) 500 ml
Indications: Wind-damp lumbar pain.
Method: Steep for seven days.
Dosage: Take a moderate amount three times a day.
