Ingredients:

• Dān shēn (丹参 Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, salvia [root]) 30g
• Chuān xiōng (川芎 Chuanxiong Rhizoma, chuanxiong [rhizome]) 15g
• Chì sháo (赤芍 Paeoniae Radix Rubra, red peony [root]) 15g
• Hóng huā (红花 Carthami Flos, carthamus [flower]) 15g
• Jiàng xiāng (降香 Dalbergiae Odiferae Lignum, dalbergia [wood]) 15g

Action: Quickens the blood and dispels stasis; moves qì and relieves pain.

Indication: Angina pectoris in coronary disease.

Method: Decoct with water. Can also be made into soluble granules, liquid extract, or tablets.
