Chinese Angelica and Rehmannia Beverage
当归地黄饮 〔當歸地黃飲〕dāng guī dì huáng yǐn

Ingredients:
- Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 6–9g
- Shú dì huáng (熟地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, cooked rehmannia [root]) 9–15g
- Shān yào (山药 Dioscoreae Rhizoma, dioscorea [root]) 6g
- Shān zhū yú (山茱萸 Corni Fructus, cornus [fruit]) 3g
- Dù zhòng (杜仲 Eucommiae Cortex, eucommia [bark]) 6g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) (mix-fried) 2.4g
- Niú xī (牛膝 Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, achyranthes [root]) 4.5g
Action: Enriches liver and kidney yīn; nourishes the blood; regulates menstruation.
