• Zǐ sū yè (紫苏叶 Perillae Folium, perilla leaf) 50g
• Huò xiāng (藿香 Pogostemonis Herba, patchouli) 50g
• Bò hé (薄荷 Menthae Herba, mint) 50g
• Qiāng huó (羌活 Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, notopterygium [root]) 50g
• Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 50g
• Bái fù zǐ (白附子 Typhonii Rhizoma, typhonium [rhizome]) 50g
• Dǎn xīng (胆南星 Arisaema cum Bile , bile [-processed] arisaema [root]) 50g
• Bái jiè zǐ (白芥子 Sinapis Albae Semen, white mustard [seed]) 50g
• Chuān bèi mǔ (川贝母 Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, Sìchuān fritillaria [bulb]) 50g
• Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk) 50g
• Shān zhā (山楂 Crataegi Fructus, crataegus [fruit]) (stir-fried) 50g
• Mài yá (麦芽 Hordei Fructus Germinatus, barley sprout) (stir-fried) 50g

• Chán tuì (蝉蜕 Cicadae Periostracum, cicada molting) 50g
• Quán xiē (全蝎 Scorpio , scorpion) 50g

• Huá shí (滑石 Talcum , talcum) 50g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 200g
• Shén qū (神曲 Massa Medicata Fermentata , medicated leaven) (stir-fried) 200g
• Shè xiāng (麝香 Moschus , musk) 4g
• Niú huáng (牛黄 Bovis Calculus, bovine bezoar) 6g
• Zhū shā gēn (朱砂根 Ardisiae Crenatae Radix, coral ardisia [root]) 10g
• Hǔ pò (琥珀 Succinum , amber) 30g
• Bīng piàn (冰片 Borneolum , borneol) 4g

Actions: Dispels wind and transforms phlegm; opens the orifices.

Indications: Heat effusion and fright wind in children.cite[177]zycfzn

Method: Grind bovine bezoar, musk, and borneol to a fine powder. Water-grind the realgar and cinnabar (or grind to a fine powder). Grind the other agents. Blend all with honey and form into pills of 1.5g.

Dosage: 1 pill 2–3 times a day with water.
