Oral: Decoct (2.4–4.5g); use in pills and powders. Topical: Apply as a powder.
Product Description:
This product takes the form of hard blocks or cylindrical sticks, black or dark brown on the outside, and slightly lighter on the cut edge. It is hard and tough, and gives off a slight aroma.

The best quality is moist, black, and slightly sharp and numbing to the taste, without any unpleasant fishy smell.
