Bupleurum and Poria Decoction
柴苓汤 〔柴苓湯〕 chái líng tāng

Ingredients
- Chái hú (柴胡 Bupleuri Radix, bupleurum [root]) 4g
- Sān qī (三七 Notoginseng Radix, notoginseng [root]) 2g
- Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 2g
- Bái zhú (白朮 Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, white atractylodes [root]) 3–4.5g
- Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome]) 4–5g
- Dà zǎo (大枣 Jujubae Fructus, jujube) 2–3g
- Guì zhī (桂枝 Cinnamomi Ramulus, cinnamon twig) 2–3g
- Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 3–4.5g
- Huáng qín (黄芩 Scutellariae Radix, scutellaria [root]) 3g
- Shēng jiāng (生姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, fresh ginger) 4g
- Tǔ fú líng (土茯苓 Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, smooth greenbrier [root]) 3–4.5g
- Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 5–6g
Indications:
Method: Decoct with water.
