Ingredients:

• Yuǎn zhì (远志 Polygalae Radix, polygala [root])
• Jiǔ jié chāng pú (九节菖蒲 Anemones Altaicae Rhizoma, Altai anemone root)
• Lóng gǔ (龙骨 Mastodi Ossis Fossilia, dragon bone)
• Guī bǎn (龟版 Testudinis Plastrum, tortoise plastron)
• Xióng jī (雄鸡 Gallus Masculinus, rooster)

Action: Quiets the spirit.

Indication: Insomnia, forgetfulness,disquieted heart spirit, and profuse dreaming.
