• Fáng fēng (防风 Saposhnikoviae Radix, saposhnikovia) 60g
• Kǔ shēn (苦参 Sophorae Flavescentis Radix, flavescent sophora [root]) 60g
• Bān máo (斑蝥 Mylabris , mylabris) 60g
• Bái zhǐ (白芷 Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Dahurian angelica) 60g
• Gān cǎo (甘草 Glycyrrhizae Radix, licorice [root]) 60g
• Dà huáng (大黄 Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, rhubarb) 60g
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 60g
• Dà fù pí (大腹皮 Arecae Pericarpium, areca husk) 60g
• Hè shī (鹤虱 Carpesii Fructus, carpesium seed) 60g
• Wǎ sōng (瓦松 Orostachydis Herba, orostachys) 60g
• Huā jiāo (花椒 Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, zanthoxylum [husk]) 60g
• Shēng dì huáng (生地黄 Rehmanniae Radix Exsiccata seu Recens, dried/fresh rehmannia [root]) 60g
• Xiǎo huí xiāng (小茴香 Foeniculi Fructus, fennel [fruit]) 60g
• Mǎ qián zǐ (马钱子 Strychni Semen, nux vomica) 60g
• Shé chuáng zǐ (蛇床子 Cnidii Fructus, cnidium seed) 60g
• Quán xiē (全蝎 Scorpio , scorpion) 60g
• Chán tuì (蝉蜕 Cicadae Periostracum, cicada molting) 60g
• Wú gōng (蜈蚣 Scolopendra , centipede) 12g
• Hóng pī (红砒 Arsenicum Rubrum, red arsenic) 30g
• Tǔ jīng pí (土荆皮 Pseudolaricis Cortex, golden larch bark) 60g
• Bā dòu (巴豆 Crotonis Fructus, croton [fruit]) 60g
• Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) 60g.

Actions: Kills worms, relieves itch, and moistens the skin.

Indications: White crust.

Method: The last six items are sprinkled before use on the paste made of the other agents. Change the dressing every day. Itching may be expected the first day but should disappear by the third.
