• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 60g
• Bīng láng (槟榔 Arecae Semen, areca [nut]) 60g
• Hè shī (鹤虱 Carpesii Fructus, carpesium seed) 60g
• Wǎ sōng (瓦松 Orostachydis Herba, orostachys) 60g
• Huā jiāo (花椒 Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, zanthoxylum [husk]) 60g

• Shé chuáng zǐ (蛇床子 Cnidii Fructus, cnidium seed) 60g
• Quán xiē (全蝎 Scorpio , scorpion) 60g
• Chán tuì (蝉蜕 Cicadae Periostracum, cicada molting) 60g
• Wú gōng (蜈蚣 Scolopendra , centipede) 12g
• 红矾 30g
• 土槿皮 60g
• Bā dòu (巴豆 Crotonis Fructus, croton [fruit]) 60g
• Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) 60g. JM220 has no: Xióng huáng (雄黄 Realgar , realgar) 60 gr,, Liú huáng (硫黄 Sulphur , sulfur) 60 gr,, 洋樟 60 gr,, Kū fán (枯矾 Alumen Dishydratum, calcined alum) 60 gr,, Míng fán (明矾 Alumen , alum) 60 gr,, 红矾 30g.

Action: Kills worms, relieves itch, and moistens the skin.

Method: The last six items are sprinkled before use on the paste made of the other agents. Change the dressing every day. Itching may be expected the first day but should disappear by the third.
