Ingredients

• Bái jí (白及 Bletillae Rhizoma, bletilla [root])
• Jīn yín huā (金银花 Lonicerae Flos, lonicera [flower])
• Zào jiǎo cì (皂角刺 Gleditsiae Spina, gleditsia thorn)
• Rǔ xiāng (乳香 Olibanum , frankincense)
• Zhè bèi mǔ (浙贝母 Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus, Zhèjiāng fritillaria [bulb])

Indications: Welling- and flat-abscesses (yōng jū), effusion of the back (fā bèi), mouth-level flat-abscesses, and innominate toxin swellings.

Method: Boil with half wine and half water. Take the decoction orally, and apply the crushed dregs topically.
