Ingredients

• Mù xiāng (木香 Aucklandiae Radix, costusroot) 9g
• Cǎo dòu kòu (草豆蔻 Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen, Katsumadai galangal seed) 6g
• Yì zhì rén (益智仁 Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, alpinia [fruit]) 9g
• Cāng zhú (苍朮 Atractylodis Rhizoma, atractylodes [rhizome]) 3g
• Hòu pò (厚朴 Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, officinal magnolia bark) 12g
• Qīng pí (青皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, unripe tangerine peel) 6g
• Chén pí (陈皮 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, tangerine peel) 6g
• Gān jiāng (干姜 Zingiberis Rhizoma, dried ginger) 6g
• Fú líng (茯苓 Poria , poria) 6g
• Zé xiè (泽泻 Alismatis Rhizoma, alisma [tuber]) 9g
• Shēng má (升麻 Cimicifugae Rhizoma, cimicifuga [root]) 6g
• Chái hú (柴胡 Bupleuri Radix, bupleurum [root]) 6g
• Bàn xià (半夏 Pinelliae Rhizoma, pinellia [rhizome]) 6g
• Wú zhū yú (吴茱萸 Evodiae Fructus, evodia [fruit]) 3g
• Dāng guī (当归 Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Chinese angelica) 9g

Indications: Accumulation and stagnation blocking the movement of qì, characterized by glomus and fullness in the chest and diaphragm, and inhibited stool.

Method: Decoct with water.
