Pulmonary distension

肺胀 〔肺脹〕fèi zhàng

Also distension of the lung. From The Magic Pivot (灵枢 líng shū, zhàng lùn). Fullness in the chest due to evils settling in the lung. Pulmonary distension is accompanied by cough and panting, and pain in the supraclavicular fossa.

Medicinal therapy: Diffuse the lung and dispel the evil using Spleen-Effusing Decoction Plus Pinellia (越婢加半夏汤 yuè bì jiā bàn xià tāng) or Minor Black Dragon Decoction Plus Gypsum (小青龙加石膏汤 xiǎo qīng lóng jiā shí gāo tāng). When there is a tendency to heat, use Supplemented White-Draining Powder (加味泻白散 jiā wèi xiè bái sǎn). Where right is left vacuous after the evil has abated, use Pulse-Engendering Powder (生脉散 shēng mài sǎn).
