Nontransformation of grain and water

完谷不化 〔完穀不化〕wán gǔ bù huà

An impairment of normal digestion that manifests in the presence of partially digested food in the stool. Nontransformation of grain and water most commonly occurs in spleen vacuity, spleen-kidney yáng vacuity, large intestine vacuity, or cold accumulation patternsbut may also be observed in heat diarrhea. Etymology

Chinwán, complete, whole, intact, 谷 gǔ, grain, 不 bù, not, 化 huà, transform; literally, whole grain not transforming, describing how grain and other types of food remain intact in the stool due to incomplete digestion.
