Heat repletion chest bind

热实结胸 〔熱實結胸〕 rè shí jié xiōng

Also heat chest bind. A pattern (painful hard fullness in the center and abdomen) accompanied by heat effusion, heart vexation, anguish, clouding and oppression, dry mouth, constipation, and a slippery sunken pulse.

Medicinal therapy: Open binds and discharge heat using Three Yellows Heart-Draining Decoction (三黄泻心汤 sān huáng xiè xīn tāng) or Major Chest Bind Decoction (大陷胸汤 dà xiàn xiōng tāng).
