Bladder damp-heat bloody urine

膀胱湿热尿血 〔膀胱濕熱尿血〕 páng guāng shī rè niào xuè

Also lower burner damp-heat bloody urine. Bloody urine attributed to bladder damp-heat. Bladder damp-heat bloody urine is marked by dry pharynx and mouth, tense fullness in the lesser abdomen, rough voidings of reddish urine, dribbling urinary blockage, slimy yellow tongue fur, and a rapid pulse.

Medicinal therapy: Clear heat and disinhibit dampness. Field Thistle Drink (小蓟饮子 xiǎo jì yǐn zi).

Acumoxatherapy: Base treatment mainly on BL, CV, and SP. Select BL-28 (Bladder Transport, 膀胱俞 páng guāng shù), CV-3 (Central Pole, 中极 zhōng jí), SP-9 (Yīn Mound Spring, 阴陵泉 yīn líng quán), SP-6 (Three Yīn Intersection, 三阴交 sān yīn jiāo), SP-10 (Sea of Blood, 血海 xuè hǎi), and BL-60 (Kunlun Mountains, 昆仑 kūn lún). Needle with drainage.
