Damp-heat seminal emission

湿热遗精 〔濕熱遺精〕shī rè yí jīng

Seminal emission arising when excessive consumption of liquor and rich food causes spleen-stomach damp-heat, which pours downward to harass the essence chamber.

Medicinal therapy: Drain heat, abduct dampness, and fortify the spleen. Use Essence-Containing Pill (秘精丸 mì jīng wán).

Acumoxatherapy: Base treatment mainly on CV and SP to clear heat and disinhibit dampness and to quiet the palace of essence. Select CV-3 (Central Pole, 中极 zhōng jí), SP-9 (Yīn Mound Spring, 阴陵泉 yīn líng quán), SP-6 (Three Yīn Intersection, 三阴交 sān yīn jiāo), and ST-36 (Leg Three Lǐ, 足三里 zú sān lǐ); needle with drainage.
