  • GB-6 悬厘 〔懸厘〕xuán lí, Suspended Tuft
    An acupoint located on the lateral aspect of the head, slightly posterior to the temporal hairline, three quarters of the distance from ST-8 (tóu wéi) to GB-7 (jiǎo sūn) along the line connecting these two points.
  • GB-7 曲鬓 〔曲鬢〕qū bìn, Temporal Hairline Curve
    An acupoint located in the temporal region, at the intersection of a line drawn upward from the posterior margin of the preauricular hairline (i.e., the posterior margin of the sideburn) and a horizontal line drawn just above the top of the ear.

    An acupoint located on the lateral aspect of the thigh, 5 cùn superior to the level of the popliteal crease, in the vastus lateralis muscle, between the posterior edge of the iliotibial tract and the biceps femoris muscle.
  • GB-33 膝阳关 〔膝陽關〕xī yáng guān, Knee Yáng Joint
    An acupoint located on the lateral side of the knee, in the space that forms proximal to the lateral condyle of the tibia when the knee is bent about ninety degrees. the depression is superior to the biceps femoris tendon and inferior to the lateral condyle of the femur.

    An acupoint located on the lateral aspect of the lower leg, 3 cùn superior to the tip of the lateral malleolus, immediately posterior to the lateral crest of the fibula in the narrow space between the bone and the peroneus brevis tendon.
