Actions and indications: Warms the center, moves qì, disperses stasis. Treats chest impediment (xiōng bì); abdominal distension due to food accumulation; red and white vaginal discharge; vomiting of blood (blood ejection); nosebleed (nǜ xuè); lichen (xiǎn) and sores; injury from knocks and falls.
