Properties: Sweet; balanced.

Actions and indications: Fortifies the spleen and supplements the center. Treats spleen qì vacuity with fatigue and poor appetite.

Notes: White poria is the central core of the sclerotium as opposed to red poria 赤茯苓, the pinkish part just beneath the skin.
