Properties: Acrid; hot; slightly toxic.

Indications:

Dispels wind; disperses cold; dries dampness; boosts fire and assists yáng.

wind-cold-damp impediment (hán bì); joint-running wind (lì jié fēng) pain; numbness in the limbs; cold pain in the heart [region] and abdomen; strings and aggregations (xián pǐ); concretions and conglomerations.

Notes: This is long thin aconite (fù zǐ) or wild aconite (cǎo wū tóu).
