Actions and indications: Warms the center, boosts qì, supplements essence and increases marrow. Treats emaciation in vacuity taxation; center vacuity with torpid intake; diarrhea or dysentery; dispersion-thirst (xiāo kě); frequent urination; flooding and spotting; vaginal discharge; scant breast milk; vacuity following illness.
