Actions and indications: Rectifies qì, transforms phlegm, fortifies the spleen, and abducts stagnation. Treats cough and common cold; poor appetite; distension and pain in the chest and abdomen; rumbling intestines and diarrhea; mammary welling-abscesses (rǔ yōng).
