Use: Medicinal

Properties: Sweet and bitter*; warm*; nontoxic*.

Actions and indications: Dispels wind-damp; quickens the blood; soothes the sinews; relieves pain. Treats wind-damp pain; wrenching-contusion; innominate toxin swellings (wú míng zhǒng dú); scrotal eczema.

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (6–15g dried, 30–45g fresh). Topical: Apply crushed or grind to a powder and apply mixed.
