Actions and indications: Dispels wind and quickens the blood; relieves pain and resolves toxin; disperses food and abducts stagnation; eliminates dampness and disperses swelling. Treats wind-damp pain; diarrhea and dysentery; pain in the stomach duct and abdomen; qì vacuity swelling; clouded head and reduced eating; hepatosplenomegaly; scrofula; intestinal welling-abscesses (cháng yōng); innominate toxin swellings (wú míng zhǒng dú); injury from knocks and falls.

Production area: Shāndōng, ānhuī, Jiāngsū, Zhèjiāng, Jiāngxī, Fújiàn, Táiwān, Guǎngdōng, Guǎngxī, Húběi, Húnán.
