Treats diarrhea; dysentery; jaundice; strangury; red and white vaginal discharge; measles; vomiting of blood (blood ejection); nosebleed (nǜ xuè); painful swollen throat; clove sores (dīng); swollen welling-abscesses (yōng zhǒng); scab (jiè) and lichen (xiǎn); hemorrhoids; prolapse of the rectum; injury from knocks and falls; burns.
