Actions and indications: Dispels phlegm and settles panting; drains the lung and moves water. Treats cough and counterflow; copious phlegm; spleen vacuity fullness; ascites; distension and pain in the chest and rib-side; pulmonary welling-abscesses (fèi yōng).
