Properties: Acrid; warm; nontoxic*.

Indications:

Dispels wind and eliminates dampness; rectifies qì and relieves pain.

common cold; wind-damp impediment (fēng shī bì) pain; stomach pain; leg qì (jiǎo qì).

Dosage & Method: Oral: Decoct (6–15g dried, 15–60g fresh) or grind to a powder. Topical: Decoct as a wash.

Product Area: Guǎngdōng, Guǎngxī, Sìchuān.
