Actions and indications: Supplements the liver and kidney; boosts the spleen and increases milk.* Treats child gān accumulation; anemia; vaginal discharge; water swelling; hepatitis; scant breast milk; injury from knocks and falls; intestinal wind bleeding.*

Dosage and method: Oral: Decoct (15–30g) stew with meat, cook with egg or glutinous rice, or steep in wine.
