Channel entry: Blood aspect of reverting yīn (jué yīn) and lesser yīn (shào yīn) channels.

Indications:

Stanches bleeding and checks dysentery.

bloody stool; nosebleed (nǜ xuè); flooding and spotting; vaginal discharge; red and white dysentery; water diarrhea.

Dosage & Method: Oral: Decoct (3–9g) or use in powders.
